Irradiation Greenhouse
The thermal irradiation curing process can occur in two ways: IR (infrared) and UV (ultraviolet).
IR ovens are used for parts of varying thicknesses or very thick parts. Because they act directly on the paint, they provide high energy efficiency (lower gas consumption) and reduced curing time and space. They can be configured to operate solely in IR or in a combined IR + convection process.

UV ovens are used in high-speed painting lines to achieve a rapid curing reaction. This application relies on a paint specially formulated to cure under this energy source.

Products manufactured by MCK Paintings can be purchased in up to 48 installments, using a BNDES card or through special financing conditions through FINAME .
