Water Curtain Painting Booth
Water curtain spray booths provide regular airflow through an axial fan, preventing excess paint from sticking to the surface of the product and effectively removing it from the environment. Paint particles are retained in the water curtain by the booth's suction fan. This creates a healthy and clean working environment for both the painting personnel and the painted product.
Air is drawn through a continuous curtain of moving water and suspended paint particles are removed.
When the air changes direction, centrifugal force pushes solid particles out of the air stream.
Draggable paint particles are thrown against adjacent walls and curtains.
The water releases the particles into the collection tray.
The air reaching the exhaust stack is free of airborne particles,
keeping the chimney area cleaner for longer.
Water-wash filtration systems are ideal for high-volume paint applications that require uniform and consistent airflow. They can handle a larger spray volume than dry-system booths.
