The final step in the manufacturing of most products involves passing through the painting and finishing line. This stage includes the application of wet spray, powder coating, dipping, or any other product-based finishing application. Overhead conveyor systems are frequently used in painting and finishing lines because they allow finishing applications to be carried out without any obstacles.
The purpose of the overhead conveyor for painting is to move parts through the painting line, maximizing production and preventing the painter from touching the part to paint it, providing better performance and increasing the quality of the finished product.
